Interview Valet Client Concierge Job Description:

10 to 20 hours/week  to begin

A Client Concierge takes care of our Certified Guests™ much like an account manager would. A Concierge is the single point of contact for our Certified Guests. 

Concierges communicate directly with our Certified Guests, helping them to prepare for interviews. A Concierge will also work with the internal team to prepare for podcast pitching.

Interview Valet Podcast Porter Job Description:

10 to 20 hours/week  to begin

Podcast Porters work to develop relationships with podcast hosts and producers, to ensure Interview Valet Certified Guets™ connect with relevant shows. Porters act as our pitching team to the world of podcasts. 

Podcast Porters will get to know our Certified Guests through the internal team of Client Concierges, crafting high-quality pitches through email, videos, social media and other communication tools.

Interview Valet Customer Success Consultant Job Description:

US-based Independent Contractor (1099) working part-time for Interview Valet

This is a vital role as it is the first personal contact most of our future dream clients will have with us. They arrive not wanting to be sold but hoping we can help solve their problem.

Success in this role comes being the trusted consultant. The individual who ALWAYS has the client’s best interest in mind: Focused on the CLIENT’S SUCCESS.

Our goal is to SERVE them well:

  • When we know we can help them achieve their goals we strongly and persistently encouraging them to sign up
  • When they aren’t a good fit for us at this point we serve them with education, recommendations, referrals, or alternatives

We don’t want to just land another customer, but to make every effort to add another client that will become a vocal advocate for Interview Valet. Someone we love working with and who loves working with us.

How We Do This

The consultants follow up on high-quality incoming inbound leads via conversations on email and phone 

The consultant assesses prospects chances of success with a targeted interview strategy as well as a fit with Interview Valet. 

All assets of the company are available to help the Customer Success Consultant bring aboard great clients.

Hours, responsibility and compensation will all increase quickly with great performance.  

10  hours/ week to begin as part of the training program.  Hourly pay plus perfomance bonues.
