Why we have actively prioritized the employment of military spouses within our team. We recognized long ago the unfortunate under and unemployment of military spouses. Frequent moves, often to locations with limited employment opportunities, battling time zones, and limited extended family support at home are just a few of the challenges recognizing the challenges military spouses face in finding stable and fulfilling careers. We remain committed to fostering the professional development and advocating for military spouse career growth, with over half of the IV 32-member team being comprised of military spouses.
3. Giving Voice To The Conversation of Mental Health for Service Members
We are passionate about leveraging podcast shows, guests, and services to facilitate crucial conversations around mental health concerns for military members.
We understand the importance of destigmatizing mental health issues within the military community. Retired Major General Gregg Martin, IV Certified Guest and author of Bipolar General My Forever War with Mental Illness has used our podcasting platform to shed light on this critical topic. Through his work, he has not only fought the stigma surrounding mental illness but also provided hope, inspiration, and knowledge to those who have faced similar challenges.
