Opportunities within Interview Valet

We are a fast-growing company in a fast-moving emerging market (podcasting). All our positions present the opportunity for growth and internal promotion. Including the possibility of more hours, increased compensation, and advancement opportunities based on your performance.

Podcast Relationship Managers (PRMs) main task is to nurture relationships with podcast hosts with the goal of getting our Certified Guests invited to be featured guests on their show.

They reach out to hosts via email, social media, texts, calls, or forms to introduce our clients as potential guests with the intention of getting an invitation or “booking” to be interviewed on the show. They use company-provided systems and templates to efficiently and consistently present our clients for success. PRMs will research and add shows to the database, continually updating shows that are assigned to them.

Additionally, PRMs prospect for current clients based on their shows (reverse prospecting) and others in the database. They use social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to create connections with the host and promote IV clients’ LIVE episodes. If there is spare time in the week, the PRM will utilize that time to prospect for their clients in the database or work on projects assigned by their Team Lead (or Captain we call them).

PRMs have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) they are expected to hit as a minimum threshold. Each PRM will receive a weekly scorecard that will be utilized as a continual performance review to ensure the PRM is on track.

Client Account Managers (CAMs) serve our Clients (Certified Guests™). They have a close connection with the Client and are the Client’s primary point of contact. They may communicate with their clients via email, SMS, or Zoom calls. Communication will be documented via platforms to ensure information is captured and for internal training.

They review and approve or decline suggested shows (prospects) daily so that the PRMs can reach out to the host. They give feedback to the Prospectors so they can continually improve. They also send out any scheduling info and help get the Client scheduled and make sure they are prepared for their interviews. Additionally, they assist with any scheduling forms or information needed from the host to provide top-tier White Glove Service.

CAMs are proactive and meet with their Clients regularly (at least once a month) to continue nurturing that relationship as well as giving/receiving feedback. They also ensure that the Client’s profiles are updated daily and listen to their client’s first interview to provide feedback. If there is spare time in the week, the CAM will utilize that time to prospect for their clients in the database or work on projects assigned by their Team Lead (or Captain as we call them).

CAMs have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as a minimum requirement. Each CAM will receive a weekly scorecard that will be utilized as a continual performance review to ensure the CAM is on track.

A Prospector’s primary task is to find shows that fit current clients’ target audience. They research and add shows to the database.

Creativity and outside-the-box thinking are vital in this role. Prospectors will use this line of thinking to find matches that work for the client and the host. They will also have to devise creative ways to connect the two. Prospectors will help maintain and vet shows added to the database.

Experienced prospectors will utilize social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to find the best way for a PRM to connect with the host, notice trends, recent celebrations, etc. They will also help consult on keyword trends and podcasting trends.

Prospectors have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) they are expected to hit as a minimum threshold. Each Prospector will receive a weekly scorecard that will be utilized as a continual performance review to ensure the Prospector is on track.
